From Mishy
Tastes just like a fruit and yogurt parfait at McDonalds.
1/4 c Heavy Cream (not whipped) 1/2 c sliced strawberries (previously frozen and unsweetened, makes them mushier) 1 tbsp DaVinci sugarless French Vanilla syrup
Put in a cup, stir and voila!
1 generous or 2 small servings, about 7 carbs total.
